We have some volunteers for a few of the committees, but
we are in great need of getting EACH of the groups staffed
and moving on the activities needed to make the 2009 season
a success for our players. Please
read the description of each committee and if you are
interested, in leading or volunteering, please email Nick

We need multiple volunteers for
every event! You can never have too many people involved!
Program Book - June 1 until book is
complete
Coordinate ad forms and sales among the players. Coordinate
getting all senior profiles, schedules etc that go into
the program books from the respective contributors. Assemble
the electronic version of the program book and arrange
to get programs printed. Print and distribute program
books.

Shoot Out - Chaired by Chris Anderson
Held early August- This is the preseason picnic and fundraiser.
Distribute and collect pledge sheets from players, assist
with running event. Assist with food setup, cleanup. Assist
with getting sponsors and other gifts from local businesses.
Travel meals - Boys and Girls - Entire
Season
Arrange purchase of travel meals for all boys and girls
teams. Pick up meals from chosen vendor and deliver to
bus.

Concessions - Boys and Girls- Entire
season home games only
Stock concession stand, schedule workers, order pizza,
create specials, clean up at end of each home game.

brief game by game description via email after
each game for posting to the website.

Keep stats for each game. Call local newspapers with varsity
game reports.

Sr. Night - Boys and Girls - Starting
now until event
Plan and organize the senior night activities for boys
and girls teams respectively. Arrange decorations, attendance
by dignitaries and school administrators, get flowers
for parents, publicize the event.

Banquet- End of season- November
Select date, select venue, select menu all staying within
budget. Publicize event, collect payments, decorate, organize
all aspects of the evening.
